Introduction Antonio Lorenzon is a Research Assistant at the Department of Economics, Business and Statistics at the University of Milan. He has obtained a degree in Statistics and Economic Science at the University of Padua in 2002 and a specialization in Marketing Knowledge Management at Rotterdam School of Management in Rotterdam in 2005. Since January 2005 he is attending a Ph.D. in Marketing and Communication at IULM University in Milan. From July 2006 to August 2007 he has spent one year as visiting research scholar at SLOAN School of Management at MIT in Boston where he has worked on Web-Morphing and Trust Based Marketing with Prof. Glen Urban. He has several publications both at national and international levels regarding different research topics as Customer Relationship Management, Web Morphing, Brand Management, Advertising and Knowledge Management. He has been acquired three years of industry experience too: first in a SME with a Marketing Assistant position and then in big corporation as Black&Decker (Milan) with a Trade Marketer position and as Procter&Gamble (Geneva) with an Assistant Brand Manager position.
