| Introduction | I am a newly-retired gal living in the woods of northern Minnesota. My passions are nature photography and tromping through the woods with my constant companion, my golden retriever Toby. We spend hours on the paths I have cut into the acres of woods north of my husband's and my log home. Working for years to establish a trusting relationship, I feed the wild foxes by hand each morning, and I know each white-tailed deer by name. Come join me in my wild outdoors! Fast forward a few years ~ I now have a lab-chesapeake-rottweiler mix dog named Betsy. I got her in November 2014 in Thunder Bay. She is a rescue dog from the far northern Ontario reserves and was flown in to Thunder Bay until she got a "forever" home. She's a sweetie and Toby was a fine teacher for her. Now, as of August 2015, she is my photo companion and loving it. |
