| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I'm happy you are here and hope we can become friends. I am a spiritual advisor who shares my insights from Spirit regarding the mysteries of the world and how they pertain to our daily lives. I use the words "Spirit" and "God" interchangeably when the "S" is capitalized. If I am speaking about the "spirit-realm" (angels, spirit guides, friends and loved ones who have crossed over) I will use a lowercase "s" in my writings and communications. We are here on this planet for a reason and though many of us feel at times we have lost our way, we are never truly alone. Spirit has left many helpers along our individual journeys to guide us when we feel we are lost. |

| Favorite movies | I have a very eclectic taste in movies and you may be unfamiliar with some of my favorite films. I like movies such as Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility (Jane Austen) to foreign films like "De Poolse Bruid). I watch many foreign films. |
| Favorite music | My taste in music is also eclectic and ranges from heavy metal and opera to new-age healing frequencies (with a little of everything in between). |
| Favorite books | My favorite books include the Bible, Jane Austen's works, The Handmaid's Tale (I read the book when it came out), and non-fiction books featuring people who survived trauma to lead successful, inspiring lives. |
