| Introduction | In 2012, I noticed I was unable to control a slight tremor in my right leg. In 2013 I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease (PD): I had been parkinsed! Since 2013 I have avoided all PD medication, instead, relying on alternative approaches. While my strategies work for me personally, I am unable to generalise their efficacy and impact.
