Introduction	Hello and thank you for visiting my blog! I am an electrical engineer, a dad to three kids, a husband to my beautiful wife, and the primary cook at my home. A few years back when my wife and I moved in with each other, I found that the bachelor lifestyle food choices just were not going to cut it anymore. Fast food everyday was no longer an option, both for financial and health reasons. Due to this I decided to take up the spatula and become the house cook! While my wife does cook sometimes, it's usually only when it's a special recipe of her own. Upon donning the chef's hat, I found that I really enjoyed cooking and it's many aspects, such as preparing the ingredients, using different seasonings, cooking with different methods, and most of all the look of satisfaction on my family's faces after a large delicious meal. This blog is currently a school project for a web design class that I am currently taking, but oddly enough I've been wanting to make a blog similar to this for a long time, so I will likely continue updating the blog long after this assignment has been completed.
