Why does the taste of pennies remind you of losing a tooth?
It's the copper. It's nearly scientifically proven .. and most certainly widely accepted, blood has a coppery taste to it. So if you loose a tooth, you'll taste blood, even if it's only a litte. Pennies are made out of copper, so it's really small wonder one would make you think of the ohter.
