| Introduction | 'Star Trek (Reborn)' is a "virtual-series" conceived well before the 2009 film by J.J. Abrams was even a glint in Paramount's eye. It re-imagines the original 1960s television show into a relentlessly character-driven "occupational-drama" for adults. In August 2009, at the beginning of season two, the project was put on hold. However, in April 2010, 'Star Trek (Reborn)' returned and will continue until all five seasons (sixty-one episodes, in total) are complete. |
