| Introduction | I have worked for the past 15 years in the environment/sustainable development field as a capacity development and training practitioner. Prior to my current organization, I worked designing and running leadership training programmes for international mid-career leaders working in sustainable development. I am very interested in the technology and practice of learning, be it individual or institutional, and to see how the sustainability community can do more to capture and share our learning to make our work more powerful. |
