| Introduction | This blog was created after a lifetime spent in the dance education industry as a tool to organize and share information to enable dancers to succeed in all areas of their life and career - be it recreational or professional, dancer or choreographer. I have an amazing little family, the boy and pups are everything to me. I have pulled on my dance, pilates (former studio owner) and wellness coach background, as well as research to form this blog. Currently finishing my BS in Entertainment Business Masters degree with Full Sail University.In the fall I will begin a Master degree with FSU in Creative Writing. I enjoy the scenery down the street at the beach, the sunsets here are breathe taking. I am careful to be sure that I see them often!! It makes you reset your mind... Finishing up school, finding new passions, new adventures to come!!!! |

| Favorite movies | WOW. I dont know where to start, the Harry Potter series, pineapple express, jackass series, twilight series (I know, I know... get over it), on a crazy comedy kick right now. |
