Introduction	My motivation has always been to help others excel and have a greater impact. As I work with pastors I look for ways that I can encourage, come alongside, and bring collaboration to increase their impact for the Kingdom. _____________________________ Ron is the Executive Director of Accelerate Church Planting. From our research we saw that the areas where church planting pastors could be helped the most were: post launch coaching by an experienced church planter and peer relationships with other planting pastors for encouragement, prayer and support. We are starting Accelerate Coaching Networks around the cities to seek to meet those needs.
