Introduction	2011 was a big year for us. My husband, Wade and I welcomed our baby girl, Scarlett into the world Feb. 18, 2011. She was born at 26 weeks. Two months later I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and began my battle with cancer. We started a Caring Bridge website for family and friends to get updates on Scarlett and myself. Now that Scarlett is a year old, and I have beat the cancer, I feel as though the Caring Bridge is no longer needed. But I enjoyed writing the entries and using it as a way to document Scarlett's progress and growth, so I have decided to transfer everything over to a blog and continue writing.
