| Introduction | M.E/CFS sufferers quite often look like pandas. Pale from not being able to do the things we used to and with big dark circles under our eyes from crazy sleep patterns, alongside a whole host of other horrible symptoms. But inspired by Gretchen Rubin's book, "The Happiness Project" this panda decided to start celebrating the things that she can still do and the simple pleasures in life that make you truly happy. |
