Introduction	Hello! My name is Diane Thaxton. I live southwest of the Fort Smith metro area in Sequoyah County, OK with my husband Hans. We have 7 acres, Gardens, Rhode Island Red and Black Broiler Chickens, Meat Rabbits, American Guinea Hogs, Nubian Dairy Goats and Dorper Hair Sheep. We both love to garden, I butcher all of our meat at home and teach humane slaughter/basic butchery classes, and Hans shepherds and milks the goats and makes the cheese.
