Introduction	In October 2006, I ran a half marathon. Once I finished I decided to chalk it up to experience and that I was never going to run that far again. A few years has passed and my selective amnesia has forgotten the pain, so on May 15th, 2011 I will be running in the Pittsburgh Marathon.
