Introduction	Child and Servant of God, beloved wife and homeschool mom to our 3 young children. We are currently living in the Houston Area. This is my space to blog about our homeschooling journey, as well as what the Lord is teaching me in this season of motherhood. We are eclectic homeschoolers but love Charlotte Mason's teaching and are looking to cultivate simplicity. I love music, books, nature, thrift shopping and people...and food too. I started this blog because I realized my life has turned out to be nothing like I expected and that's a good thing! God continues to show me that His plan are higher than mine and by His grace I see His wonderful works in my life every day. I never thought I would be a young mom, but I am (or was?). I never thought I would be full time at home but I am. I never thought I could homeschool but I am. And so I want to recall what the Lord is doing and teaching us and hopefully inspire others to do the same. At the moment both Brad and I live far from our families. This blog it's been good for them to see what we are up to. I might brag a lot about our kids...but it's only for grandma's sake. :)
