Introduction	I am a certified John Maxwell professional speaker, leadership trainer and executive coach. Most recently I served as the athletic director at Marion High School in Indiana, where the basketball team won their 8th state championship. Prior to that, I was spent more than 20 years at the collegiate level as a basketball coach, administrator, professor and student-athlete. In 2014, my basketball team earned the national "champions of character" award. I have been a head college basketball coach at four different institutions. At my most recent school, Martin Methodist College, I left as the winningest coach in program history.
