Introduction	I have been involved in the Cyprus Real Estate market since 2004, initially investing myself, however this rapidly grew to helping others to find great projects to invest in. The Cyprus government subsequently introduced two programmes to attract new investment into the island: The Cyprus Permanent Residency Programme and the EU (Cyprus) Citizenship by investment Programme. These two initiatives have taken what I was doing onto a completely new level as I can now add greater value to a far wider audience. My clients from outside the European Union can now get European Residency in just 8 weeks and EU Citizenship and passports in just 8 months which is by far the quickest in Europe. This provides them with the freedom, security and mobility to live, work or study in any of the 28 EU countries and to travel extensively to over 170 countries without a visa. I also assist those that wish to gain Caribbean Citizenship through investing in Real Estate in Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda and St Kitts and Nevis.
