| Introduction | Hi Y'all and Welcome! I'm a Southern Belle from Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, North Carolina and Texas. I love Jesus, my husband, my family, my friends, my country and all people. I learned to cook from my Mom, one of the best cooks I've ever known and famous around our neck of the woods for her Southern fare. I took the knowledge she gave me to college, then into an exciting culinary career. An award-winning chef and food and nutrition spokesperson, I now spend my time growing my own food, feeding family and friends, creating and crafting, writing and blogging, traveling and running my home-based business. I learned to be frugal from both my parents, and make the most of what I have.
