About me

Introduction	I've lived on Phinney Ridge since 1984 and have been connected in some way with the PNA ever since. I wouldn't trade the neighborhodd for anything. It's been a great place to raise a family, make friends, and be part of a wonderful community. I started out taking Tai Chi at the Phinney Neighborhood Center years ago, became a member and participated in various events over the years. I've volunteered in many different capacities, including a stint on the Board of Directors and two years of coordinating an earth-friendly home and garden fair in the early 90s. I spent four years in the preschool co-op - two with my daughters and two ten years later with my neice. I've put my background in architecture and landscape architecture to use on the Site and Facilities Committee over many years, as steward of Heart of Phinney Park, and as the coordinator of the Home Design & Remodeling Fair for the past few years. I've also worked as the Winter Festival Coordinator, run the Volunteer Program for the past 7 years, and am now moving into the newly-created position of PNA Program Director.
