| Introduction | Warm greetings to everyone, "Hear beyond the sound of silence" In the dark woods and the deep gorges of Dagana I was born; I am Yam Kumar Poudel who has close contact with nature and I was nurtured to be a passionate nature lover. I am a Journalist by profession. I am an extrovert with a great interest in clicking photographs of mother nature. Through this personal blog, I will meet in person with people from all walks of life and learn more about the natural heritage of Bhutan. Through my interactions, I want to also cherish our pristine environment as well as take steps toward preserving our natural flora and fauna. I will also focus on the cultural practices in Bhutan, the unique national identity of our nation that has been protected due to our rich culture and traditions.
