Introduction	Master Tomas Reis is the founder of the Aiki Kempo Kai association headquartered at Reis Martial Arts in the Mandan/Bismarck area of North Dakota. He is the founder of the Reis-Ryu Aiki-Kempo method of self defense and is Chief Instructor at Reis Martial Arts. Master Reis began his training in 1974 in Japanese JuJitsu and has continued through nearly 4 decades of training to obtain multiple Black Belts the highest being 7th degree. Master Reis is a veteran operator of the USAF Emergency Services Teams with combat experience and he is a retired California Police Officer with S.W.A.T. & Youth Gang unit experience. His unique blend of mixed martial arts for the street plus his real world experience goes into the strategies that make the Aiki Kempo system extremely well adapted for the personal protection needs of today.
