| Introduction | Hey there! I'm a 34 year old mom of 3 young boys, married for 11 years to a man whom I (honestly) grow to love more each day. I love Jesus Christ and try to live my life in a way that honors Him. I have passions and struggles and this blog seeks to address a couple of big ones in a real and honest way. Passion: women's health and nutrition from God's perspective. Struggle: food addiction (food idolatry, emotional eating, etc) I will be as candid and honest as possible about my journey and all I'm learning. I pray that it provides encouragement, inspiration and hopefully some laughter. AND some accountability for me as I seek to make lasting changes. |
