| Introduction | I am an often exhausted mom to 3 high energy boys and 1 chocolate lab. I am a stay at home mom and homemaker (this part I am still working on since I am mediocre at best most days), and when I am not running or hanging out with my family I can be found knitting, reading, rooting for the Detroit Tigers and enjoying craft beer. After seeing success and results from PiYo and P90x3 I became an Independent Beachbody Coach in an effort to pay it forward and help others reach their fitness goals! |
