| Introduction | Jack G. Miner Born in 1938/West Michigan Raised in Freeport MI Graduated 1957 Freeport High School Graduated 1960 Ferris Institute Majors: Marketing and Advertising - Minors: Law and Accounting. As and adult I have lived in Detroit, Grand Rapids, New York City, Boston, Minneapolis and Chicago. For the last 28 years I have lived on a farm in Carlton Township. I am past President of: Hastings Flying Association and Michigan Business Brokers Association. I have served on the boards of the Freeport District Library and the First Congregational Church in Woban, MA and Eden Prairie, MN I presently serve as Treasurer of the Freeport Fire Department and as a commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Board. I am a member of the Barry County Conservation Club and Friends of the Freeport Library I am loved by and love my large extended family, which includes the wonderful Miss Shirley: four daughters and one son, each with a spouse, and soon to be 14th Grandchild and 1 Great Grandchild. I have been known to fish several days a week |
