Introduction Lenny Cavallaro, D.M.A., has served as adjunct faculty at various colleges and universities, and has also run seminars on hypnosis at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. He is a former president of the International Society for Professional Hypnosis (ISPH), was associate editor of The International Journal of Professional Hypnosis, and was recognized as a certified hypnotist by both the IPSH and the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). He has also earned Shoden and Okuden certificates in Usui reiki.

Dr. Cavallaro has studied chi kung, reiki, the Sedona Method, and trigger-point massage. He is also an avid practitioner of both hyperempiria and the BEST ME technique.

Publications (in addition to unrelated fiction and nonfiction) include:
