| Introduction | Welcome to Zach and Charlie's Food Discovery blog. We are two mums of children with food allergies who met at a toddler group and got chatting. Charlotte is a thirty-something neuro-physiotherapist and stay at home mum of Zach who is aged two. Thanh is a thirty year old account manager and working mum of Summer age 3 and Charlie age 1. We created this blog to empower the parents and carers of a child with food allergies through the process of diagnosis and weaning. We have shared our own experiences to try to take some of the the fear out of this early stage in your child's life. We have included recipes for everyday life and for social and celebratory food occasions. This blog is easy to follow with recipes, practical tips and information about the process of diagnosis. Above all, we hope that this blog will create a community of people like you who will share ideas and experiences.
