Introduction	I am a 3-time American Olympian. I won a gold medal in 4-man Bobsled at the 2010 Olympic Games, the first for my country in 62 years. I am now the founder and executive director of an innovative education program bridging the motivation gap between Olympians and young students at high need schools. It is a pioneering new program that utilizes technology to create a 21st century pen-pals idea to teach kids about perseverance, hard work and goal setting.
