Introduction	Ok, so I am not Jack Mandora. Jack Mandora is actually a character out of Jamaican folklore. At the end of an Anancy Story the story teller says "Jack Mandora mi nuh choose none". That's his way of distancing himself from the wicked deeds Anancy got up to. It's a way of saying hey, I'm just telling the story as I know it. I chose this name for my blog because I know that it will call up all sorts of meaning and memories for people of the Caribbean. I'm also hoping to share those meanings with the rest of the world as well as connect with people from everywhere.
