Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Some fish want to, and, in fact, do, own bicycles, but these foolish fish find out their folly when they realize the difficulty in pedaling, due to their stiff tail fins and the lack of a proper bike lane on their underwater roadways. Most bicycle-shunning fish find that the rollerskate is a much more efficient mode of transportation.
