| Introduction | I am from Canton, OH where I grew up the fifth of six children. I left Ohio to attend Brigham Young University where I graduated with my B.S. in Audiology. My husband and I moved here to Yakima eight years ago after spending 11 years in Los Angeles, CA. We have three daughters. Sarah lives in NY and Hannah and Grace attend West Valley Schools. Hannah is a junior at WVHS and Grace is in 4th grade at Apple Valley. For the past six years I have been a substitute teacher for West Valley and many of your kiddos recognize me from the classroom. I love my new job as librarian and look forward to serving them and helping them find books they will love. Reading can take us places we've never dreamed of. |
