When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
Everyday, I have an internal battle at 5:00am. Do I get up? Or, do I stay in bed? Most days I do the right thing and get up and workout, but somedays I have to find a time to workout later on. But implementing a system was the best thing I've ever done. Now I wake up early seven days a week! I LOVE mornings!
