Introduction	When I was a little girl, my mother used to say, "Always remember the three S's: Sight-Smell-Sound. She was teaching me the basics of entertaining for her family and for a crowd: Sight for the beauty and colors of food as well as the surroundings in our home; Smell for the aroma of the food, candles and flowers; Sound for the beautiful music in the background. I appreciated her advice even more when I had my own little girls. They excitedly selected music to match our meals, dimmed the lights and decorated the table to make our dinnertime special. My little girls are grown now and how glad I am for those memories.
