| Introduction | My name is Joe Wells (you can call me Joe or Wells or whatever). I am 23 years old and an Infantryman in the United States Army. I am stationed at Fort Polk and was in Germany from April 06 - April 08 and before coming to Polk I was in Oklahoma. The main reason for this blog is to give me a "professional" place to publish my blogs (instead of the many random ones on my MySpace page, that I don't have anymore). I am currently working on a novel, working title "Heaven Ain't Close," based on my experiences with love, relationships, and some crazy-fucked up things I have seen over the past few years (there is more to it, I promise), all while dealing with the pain in the ass that is the Army. I hope you find the cliff notes of my life an enjoyable read. |
