| Introduction | I live in DC now. Big Important City. I didn't use to though, I was born in Oslo, grew up in Sweden and Norway, moved to Scotland for a while, then London, then Leeds. Restless some might say, I prefer adventurous and easily bored. So now I live in Foggy Bottom, quite near the Metro. I am an international student. That is such a great title! I am here at the George Washington University for a year and I wanted to write about it, hence the blog. I write about DC and me. And about America and me, how Im finding it and stuff. I also just write what is on my mind, and that is not always neither DC nor America, so that comes out too. Oh, and Im a politics student. I care about democracy, the EU, feminism, Jazz, Picasso, the Internet, typefaces, the Swedish Welfare State, and good red wine. In no particular order. I laugh at Monty Python and Eddie Izzard. I very rarely cry. |
