| Introduction | After 28 years of marriage, my husband drowned on a family outing. That first year after his death was so difficult, and as I learned to grieve and accept the changes I was forced to go through, I vowed I would one day find a way to help others who would go through this experience. I found that some simple steps, followed day by day,allowed me to greet each day with more hope and confidence in the future. With renewed faith in God, the support of good friends, and patience with the grieving process, you too can find peace and healing. |
