Introduction	I have wanted to be a Chef for as long as I can remember. The long hours, harsh competition and pressure of my job are far outweighed by the overwhelming sense of accomplishment and pride I feel at the end of a work day. I met my Wife, Erica at the Culinary Institute of America and we have a beautiful Daughter, Caroline.
Interests	Other than cooking, I love to draw, paint, brew beer, play guitar and target shoot. I love spending time outdoors camping and hiking with my wife and daughter.
Favorite movies	Too Many
Favorite music	Heavy Metal, Norwegian Black Metal, Punk, Rock, Classic Rock, Reggae, Jazz, Electronica, Folk, and yes, some country and rap.
