Introduction	My name is Kristen. I am a 25 year old from Alabama who loves life and believes in living each day to the fullest. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Apparel Merchandising in 2008 and I am currently working in the Birmingham area. I had lap band surgery on October 23, 2009 and this was a day of rebirth for me to begin leading a healthier lifestyle. I have an amazing support system of friends and family who have been with me every step of the way. I am so grateful for this blog as a way to meet amazing people and others that are on this weight loss journey as well. I am an outgoing, fun loving "girly-girl" and shopaholic who is blessed beyond words and loves to meet people every chance I get!
