| Introduction | I'm 26 and I was diagnosed with AS two years ago. My symptoms began approximately a year before diagnosis. I am currently on the minimal treatment, and only take an NSAID. I regularly work out, do yoga, or find an outdoor activity to keep my mobility. My two dogs, Jude and Eleanor, keep me company and my spirits up. |
