Introduction	AMI CHARAN SINGH is a Gold Medalist in M. A. (1987) from DAVV, Indore. He completed his M. Phil. (1989) from JNU, New Delhi. He started his career as a freelance writer. As a columnist he has reviewed several Art Exhibitions. He was one of the contributors of the ‘World Cinema’ (1995) and ‘Indian Cinema’ (1996). He also wrote a regular column on Legends of Indian Cinema (2002-04). He is actively involved in Documentary FilmMaking on mainly Art & Artists. He is founder President of Kalashruti Trust, a registered non-profit making organization, which is involved in promoting Art, Film, Literature, Culture, Education & Environment. He was participated in Art Exhibitions, such as M P State Art Exhibition (2008), Vakankar Memorial State Art Exhibition, Ujjain (2008 & 2006), Afzal Memorial State Art Exhibition, Dewas (2008), ‘Seven Strokes’, Group Show at Nehru Centre, Mumbai (2007), ‘The Art People Show’, Group Show at Travancore Art Gallery, Delhi (2006). He got Certificate of Honor, M P State Art Exhibition (2008), & National Vernapat Award for Art Criticism, Ujjain (2008).
