| Introduction | I am NOT a certified nutritionist. I am someone who has done a lot of reading on nutrition. I attended culinary arts school in Saint Louis and Houston. I also apprenticed under an executive pastry chef in Houston for 13 months. I have been a private chef and I was a pastry chef who got the opportunity to be part of the grand opening for a four star restaurant in Saint Louis. I do not currently work in the food and beverage industry, even though I miss it terribly. I began Paleo in April of 2013 and it changed my life and gave me so much confidence! Many of my friends have hinted at me writing a cookbook, but at the moment this blog will have to do since I'm starting school again in two weeks. Bon appétit! |
| Interests | My interests include lots of nerdy things in the comic, science fiction and fantasy genres. I love going to "nerd conventions", I love cosplay and being a geek with other geeks. That being said I also love to cook, I'm a foodie at hard with a love for the science of taste. I also love to write ANYTHING. Words are awesome. Let's see, what else do I do or have I done? I'm a martial artist, figure skater, fencer and Irish dancer. If I think of anything else I'll add it later, but it's after one o'clock in the morning. |
