| Introduction | As a professional training coach and an aspiring athlete I am true believer of the destination based approach to fitness. Accepting the challenge of a physical goal outside of your comfort zone, and then facing the adversity of a program designed to get you to the finish line is truly a personal growth journey. Itis a lifestyle changing experience. I have spent my last five years at Innovative Fitness living what we preach. This is my mantra – I am constantly searching for exciting new physical challenges and leading others down the same path to their own personal victories. At the end of the day it is not about the finishing times, but rather how I can use the positive experiences of both my customer's and my own destinations to inspire and to impact the lives of others.
