| Introduction | On August 28, 2006, I joined the US Army. On September 15, 2007, I deserted the US Army. I left for many reasons, the more important of them is that I did not want to take part in a war of genocide, oppression, and imperialistic thrashing. I could not let myself become a war criminal by participating in acts of attrition against the innocent people of Iraq. |
