Introduction	I'm director of Flow Associates, a consultancy working with the cultural sector, helping them engage with audiences, use digital technologies and build capacity. Before that I was head of learning at the British Library. I've also worked for a number of other organisations, being Education Officer for the Tate, helping to set up the Artworks Awards, Young at Art and other projects.
