| Introduction | I began my career in the hospitality industry in northern and southern California at fine dining restaurants and hotels. My 20+ years of restaurant and hotel experience includes; The Healdsburg House; Souverain Restaurant at the Winery; Zola's; Behrens; the Sonoma Mission Inn, the Sheraton Hotel corporation, the Four Seasons Hotel corporation, the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, The Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills and Fairmont Hotels including the San Jose property, Chicago and the flagship San Francisco landmark. In my tenure I opened 2 hotels, earned culinary and service awards and was part of the team that attained the Mobil 5 Star award for 3 years straight at the Hotel Bel-Air. For the last 20+ years I have worked in the private club industry at Twin Orchard Country Club; Brynwood Country Club; Broadmoor Golf Club; Milwaukee Country Club; Burlingame Country Club and The Beach Club in Santa Monica CA. I have recently transitioned into consulting and inn keeping in hospitality. My mission is to help and serve others.
