| Introduction | I'm D and I created this blog when I was a junior at International High School at Lafayette (which at the time was located in Canarsie.) We were assigned to create a blog in order to post updates regarding our experience as interns at wonderful sites that were somehow related to our academic goals. Since I was extremely interested in criminal justice I interned at the Vera Institute, a prestigious non-profit organization that relates to the work I longed for. Certainly my dreams have somehow changed, I am now an undergraduate at The New School pursuing a major on Politics and a minor on Hispanic Studies. |
