Introduction Hi, my name is Kylie. I've just completed a bachelor of arts degree at the University of Sydney (that august and Hogwarts-like institution), majoring in Psychology and Asian Studies. An unusual mix, somewhat spicy. Now, while seeking fulltime employment, preferably in the printing industry (books, newspapers etc), I'm studying a correspondance course in journalism, and trying to finish writing a book. For the thir--fourth time. Same book. One of my grandmothers told me recently that she "thought I would be a journalist eventually." I'm not sure if it was a compliment yet, decision pending further investigation. The aim of this blog is to begin exploring facets of all of the above: creative writing, art, journalism, the Tao, and so on. I want it to be, maybe someday, near as interesting and informative as James Gurney's blogspot, Gurney Journey, which I recommend to anyone with an interest in art, and especially to those without an interest in art. Beam me up, Scotty! Over and out!
Interests Writing, kungfu, horse-riding, guitar-playing, reading, painting and sketching, socializing, SCUBA-diving.
Favorite Movies V for Vendetta, Stardust, Man on Fire, Gladiator, Hot Fuzz, Wallace & Gromitt Curse of the Wererabbit, Spirited Away...
Favorite Music Favourite artists would be Loreena McKennitt, P!nk, 30 Seconds to Mars, soundtracks in general, Taylor Swift...

Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

Frankly, I would advice you to consider the salmon and the flying fish. Both fish that seek to break free of the constraints of water and gravity. Who then are we to deny them any technology that could allow them to do it? A bicycle could solve the problem of trying to walk on flippers undeveloped for the task. Yes, fish may indeed like bicycles.
