Introduction	hey, this is all new to me. the younger women where i work help me with technology. thank goodness for the younger generation. i am a mother of 2 handsome sons and the mother-in-law to 2 fabulous young women and the mimi to 3 precious grandchildren.i am also the unofficial mentor to some young women. i work full time for an elected official. i am involved in my church and all the workings of christianity outside of church. to cope with life i started journaling years ago. i literally cannot go to sleep at night without writing in my journal. it helps me to cope with all of the issues in my life. in fact, i can't imagine life without journaling. it is healing to me and helps me to get in touch with myself. i would like others to know the joy and freedom found in this writing process.everybody deserves the benefits of it.
