Introduction	I work full time at a local library and I have taught classes at The Mulvane Recreation Commission in cheese making and hope to teach canning jams and jellies, pickles, cheese cakes, square foot gardening techniques and much more in the future. Becoming self-sufficient and meeting our own needs in regards to food, energy and water, without relying on others, can be a way to protect the environment, save money and feel independent. I like teaching and meeting people so it's a perfect hobby for me.

Favorite music	I like all music....even some Rap...lol
Favorite books	I'm a bookaholic so I like most books and subjects, but especially biographies of successful women and how-to books..
