| Introduction | My Walla Walla art cards and posters have been popular with both locals and visitors over the last 16 years. The line Wine Country Art Cards, Greetings From Walla Walla, has over 30 images with at least 21 favorites that will probably never be discontinued. I use this blog to share these images with you and to let you know the story behind each image. The cards have been redigitized and printed in a clearer and cleaner format. Right now, my main outlet is Book and Game, a great store at First Street and Main, in our award winning Downtown Walla Walla. They are also available at Sweetwater Gift and Home, Whitman College, and Main St. Furniture. |
| Interests | I am greatly interested in Historic Preservation. I was on the city HPCommission for 6 years. At that time period we lived in a home built originally in 1870(!)that has (obviously) been through many changes and add-ons through the years...but has had only 5 owners, among those a member of the Constitution Committee for the State of Washington, Captain Parish Johnson of the Union army, who met his wife when posted at Ft. Walla Walla back in 1869. |
