| Introduction | My name is Gregory Landess. I was born and raised in NYC but I've been fortunate enough to travel the world, meeting and working with interesting people gaining a wealth of experience. The most important thing to me is the well being of our planet. In a more acute sense I've found my main passions to be fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle management which can be difficult as we strive to perform at our peaks while battling a gamut of external and internal hazards and distractions. Especially when the stress of responsibility builds, an unseen toll may become overwhelming as we try to increase or maintain productivity at the expense of our health and happiness. In the end, at the expense of our overall productivity as well. In my studies life I have found certain patterns to bring steadfast results on this quest for success, health and happiness. I hope to be a positive conduit of ideas and energy. I look to share what I receive from the universes lessons of many sources. I intend for this site to be a helpful resource for the public while documenting my quest and making myself accessible to external feedback. So please leave comments! Peace and love. |
